The Face Of A Killer?

A 17-year-old Monterey High School student is recovering at home after being attacked by a river otter in Placer County, CA last weekend. The girl was bitten on her arm, foot and leg while swimming with a friend in Sugar Pine Lake. No one took the girls' story seriously until a man was attacked in the same lake two days later.
