If You Can't Beat 'Em . . . Eat 'Em!

Giant jellyfish have been invading Japanese waters, cutting off the country’s food supply. But locals are making the best of it — instead of just complaining about the jellyfish they're eating them! They are promoting jellyfish as a novelty food, sold dried and salted, and have even managed to turn them into tofu.
