Freeda Fish! Freeda Fish!

Protesters are out in full force today for the opening of the Georgia Aquarium, including:

• a man dressed as a blue fish with a sign saying, “Fish in Tanks? No, thanks!”
• someone else screaming, "I'm Freeda Fish!"
• PETA waving a large sign saying “The Whales say ‘No tanks!’”
• and a member of the Georgia Animal Rights Protection passing out animal rights literature.

Meanwhile, a small boy waiting in line to get into the aquarium since 8 a.m. carries a sign that simply says “Shark bait!”

A topless mermaid is promised for Wednesday’s protest...
